Walk Barefoot
Notice the first time a child steps onto the beach. It’s like a light bulb moment, and the same goes for grass and dirt. There is an electromagnetic connection that our cells have with our earth, a resonance.
The soles of the feet are filled with nerves that help to stimulate the entire body. Many health advocates recommend walking barefooted for at least half an hour every day.
During good weather, try walking barefooted on the grass, on the beach or in forested areas that are smooth, sandy or soft underfoot. You can put your shoes back on when you get to rough areas.
