Booking & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel any booked Forest Bathing or Nature-Connection activities we request that you cancel at least 48 hours notice to allow us the opportunity to fill the time slot and re-organise staffing in our small team. You may cancel by phone on 07976 371538 or by email at hugh@silvotherapy.co.uk. 

If you do have to cancel your booked activity, we will offer you a voucher to rebook if you cancel within 7 days before the activity date, and a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days ahead of the booked activity. 

Vouchers offered can be used towards any future activity.  If you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours no refund will be made and invoices remain payable. 

Discretion of the Directors can be used in extenuating circumstances.
