This Guided Forest Bathing walk will be held in the Glen Coe Lochan.
We will meet in the car park just before 12 noon and we will be connecting with nature for about an hour. The terrain is almost completely flat and the path is well maintained. We will not be walking either far or fast and so mobility problems are not an issue if you would like to give this a try, but all activities will be tailored to needs of the group.
This guided walk is primarily intended for people experiencing arthritis (and other musculoskeletal conditions) and provided free of charge under a grant that we have received from Versus Arthritis. You are welcome to attend if you are providing emotional, practical or physical support to someone experiencing arthritis though.

All participants will also receive a free copy of my ’Small Book of Forest Bathing Invitations’ that I have written, so that they can take themselves on their own Forest Bathing sessions afterwards.
