Upcoming Guided Nature Connection and Forest Bathing Walks

We currently do not have any Public Forest Bathing walks scheduled, but we can offer bespoke Forest Bathing walks tailored to you. Our bespoke package costs £75 for up to five people and as many dogs as you wish to bring (within reason!).

These walks can be in a variety of locations including the Ardery Woods, the Ariundle Oakwoods, Phemie’s Trail in Strontian, the Strontian Community Woodland or on the Ardtornish Estate. We can also offer Forest Bathing in the Faerie Glade by the waterfall on our Social Croft by prior discussion.

Forest Bathing & Nature-Connection Reviews and Feedback

We had a wonderful experience on one of these forest bathing walks a few weeks ago. Hugh is the perfect guide for this kind of activity, which is suitable for all ages and all abilities. I use a walking stick and had no problems ambling along the path in the beautiful woodlands.
This activity lets you leave any worries behind, whilst you slow down and allow yourself to be in the moment with nature. Hugh shares a ‘deer ears’ trick with people, which is sure to bring a smile to everyone who tries it out.
What you learn on the walk you can easily practice on your own afterwards or with friends and family. If you love nature and would like to connect with nature a little more on a deeper level, this is the perfect activity to do.
