Guided and Supported Activities to Increase Connection with Nature

Exposure to nature has been shown to help with stress, anxiety and depression and guided and supported experiences enable you to get the most out of the activity.

Forest Bathing and Nature-Connection Activities

  • River Walk and Ben Nevis

    Public Guided Forest Bathing Walks

    We offer scheduled Public Guided Forest Bathing walks through Spring, Summer and Autumn (click the button below for dates and locations).

    These usually cost £20 per person and last between two and three hours. We offer a limited number of subsidised places on each walk. Unfortunately dogs are not able to come along on these scheduled Forest Bathing walks, but they are welcomed on our bespoke package.

    Bespoke Forest Bathing Activities

    We offer a bespoke package costing £75 for up to five people and as many dogs as you wish to bring (within reason!).

    These walks can be in a variety of locations including the Ardery Woods, the Ariundle Oakwoods, Phemie’s Trail in Strontian, the Strontian Community Woodland or on the Ardtornish Estate. We can also offer Forest Bathing in the Faerie Glade by the waterfall on our Social Croft by prior discussion.

  • Wooden Bridge in Woodland

    Activities For Corporate Events

    From £200 per day.

    We can offer bespoke Forest Bathing and Nature-Connection Activities for Corporate Events. We can help you and your staff to de-stress, connect with nature and each other, avoid burnout and increase resilience.

    We would be delighted to work with you if you are offering wellbeing retreats and would like to collaborate on delivery of such events.

    Nature-Based Wellbeing Plans

    £40 for the initial 4-week Plan

    Nature-Based Wellbeing Plans are bespoke and individualised wellbeing plans, developed in collaboration between us. Everybody’s Nature-Based Wellbeing Plan will be different and will meet your individual preferences and needs.

    These plans are often designed after you have been on a guided Forest Bathing walk or engaged in Forest Therapy or Nature-Connection activities and would like support or motivation, or would like to introduce new nature-connection activities to your practice and would like some help.

    Improved connection with nature has been shown to lead to lower levels of anxiety, depression and stress; increased attention span and cognitive functioning and improvements in psychological and social well-being.

    This FREE 28-day wellbeing activity is designed to increase your nature-connection using one of the Forest Bathing principles, Sit Spot. You can start any time and do it at your own pace.

    A Forest Bathing invitation is an activity to encourage you to connect with the natural world around you through your different senses. These are activities that are designed to heighten your sensory awareness and increase your nature connection.

    Improved connection with nature has been shown to lead to lower levels of anxiety, depression and stress; increase attention span and cognitive functioning and improvements in psychological and social well-being.
