Today, once you have made yourself comfortable in your Sit Spot and sat for a few minutes, think of something in nature that you are grateful for. It could be a place, a tree, a view, the moon, anything with significance for you.

Next, just sit and ‘be’. Give yourself the gift of time and allow yourself permission to be fully present, in your Sit Spot.
