Gratitude for Nature Two

Today, once you have made yourself comfortable in your Sit Spot and sat for a few minutes, look around you and take notice of the ‘Good Things in Nature’ that you can see and that occur to you whilst you are in your Sit Spot. Continue this for as long as you wish and then just sit and ‘be’. Give yourself the gift of time and allow yourself permission to be fully present, in your Sit Spot.
