Gratitude for Nature Three

Today, once you have made yourself comfortable in your Sit Spot and sat for a few minutes, take a few moments to reflect on the special moments in nature that evoke positive emotions within you when you recall them. This could be the smell of a pine forest or freshly cut grass, walking barefoot on a beach, picking wild berries as you walk along a favourite path or watching wildlife. Continue this for as long as you wish and then just sit and ‘be’. Give yourself the gift of time and allow yourself permission to be fully present, in your Sit Spot.
